Outline of Insurances Available
Public/Products Liability
This section provides indemnity for legal liability in respect of bodily injury or
damage to Third Party property. The insurance also includes cover for Products Liability.
Employers' Liability
This Insurance is required by law and provides cover for your legal liability in respect of
accidental death, bodily injury or disease to any person employed arising out of and in
the course of his or her employment.
Financial Loss
Insurance for your legal responsibility for financial loss not associated with bodily injury
or property damage for an agreed limit.
Contract all risks
Insurance is provided on an AllRisks basis for your work in progress, materials, owned
and hired plant and hiring charges.
Buildings, Business Contents and Equipment
We can arrange suitable insurance's for buildings, business and office contents, stock and
any other property on an All Risks basis.
Motor Fleet
We are able to provide insurance for your Motor Fleet of a minimum of five vehicles.
