Loss Assessors Fees Insurance
The Loss Assessor Fees Insurance Scheme is a policy specifically designed to provide
Companies with the expertise of a Claims Assessor, in the event of a Material Damage
or Business Interruption claim under their primary policy.
The Camberford Law Loss Assessor Fees Insurance Scheme (LAFS) is a new spin on an old idea.
At one time the client paid the Loss Assessor for their expertise in handling a
claim not quite knowing what the end payment could be as a claim developed.
Now, for a single premium which is simply calculated, the commercial or private client
can sleep easy knowing an expert is immediately available should the worst happen.
As claims become more complex, it would be a mammoth task for a policy holder to deal
with a claim without expert help. Now there is a cost effective alternative which
benefits both the client and intermediary.
The Scheme operates very simply, with the required completion of a one page enquiry form.
Premiums start from £150 + tax and include an element of legal expenses cover.
